Job summary

Executive Aviation in Hamilton, Ontario invites applications for a Catering Agent at Hamilton Airport (YHM). The role focuses on organizing catering space, stocking galley carts, tracking inventory, and coordinating with airlines, airport staff and contractors to keep flights running smoothly.

Candidates should be willing to work varied shifts, outdoors in all weather, and meet Transport Canada requirements. Canadian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work shift work including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, professional, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older; Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize catering space, supplies, and truck
• Stock galley carts and canisters according to airline specifications
• Track inventory and order as needed
• Complete Transport Canada In-Flight Supplies regulatory forms
• Organize stock orders and delivery times
• Communicate with airlines/airport/management and contractors as needed
• Respond to airline crew reports in a timely manner
• Upload/offload catering from aircraft
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Organize catering space, supplies, and truck


• Stock galley carts and canisters according to airline specifications


• Track inventory and order as needed


• Completion of Transport Canada In-Flight Supplies regulatory forms


• Organize stock orders and delivery times


• Communicate with airlines/airport/management and contractors as needed


• Responding in a timely manner and when necessary to airline crew reports


• Upload/offload catering from aircraft


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Personal flexibility to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays


• Personable and professional


• Must be 18 years of age


• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident


• Self-motivated and can work will meeting deadlines


• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather


• Ability to operate a forklift truck
