Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a customer-facing role.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Completion or working towards Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing or Business Diploma.
• Ability to pass Transport Canada Restricted Area and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help passengers check-in and assist with self-serve kiosks.
• Prepare aircraft for on-time departures.
• Assist deplaning and boarding of passengers.
• Greet arriving passengers and ensure a positive experience.
• Follow airline and airport policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and a clean work environment.
• Support airline crew and communicate effectively.
