Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Must obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification ID pass.
• Must complete Customer Service Agent Initial training course.
• English language fluency or working knowledge.
• Bilingualism is required in some stations; French language fluency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in and bag tagging.
• Make reservations and assess fares using the airline system.
• Ticket and complete daily sales reports.
• Handle passenger check-in and baggage charges.
• Provide departure gate service and boarding support.
• Ensure safety and follow established policies and procedures.
