Job summary

Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a Permanent Part Time On Call Customer Service Agent based in Kelowna. You will support passenger check-in, reservations and handling disruptions to ensure a safe, on-time travel experience.

Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Lifting duties may be required and security clearance is a possibility.

Responsibilities

• Resolve disruptions and offer alternative options.
• Assist with accessibility needs and boarding processes.
• Maintain safety, courtesy and company service standards.
