Job summary

Jazz Aviation LP is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Kelowna to warmly greet passengers, assist with check-in and boarding, and manage baggage processes. You will operate our web-based reservations system, handle inquiries, and coordinate with crew and ramp staff to ensure safe, efficient departures.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and the ability to obtain an airport ID pass. Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must complete Customer Service Agent training per company standards.
• Must obtain and maintain a Restricted Area ID pass.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in and bag tagging.
• Make reservations and assess fares using airline computer systems.
• Handle passenger inquiries, reservations, check-in, baggage weighing and payments.
• Provide departure gate and boarding assistance; liaise with ramp and flight crew.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure safety and service at all times.
