Pacific Coastal Airlines in Victoria is seeking a Permanent Part-time Customer Service, Ramp, and Cargo Agent to join our team. This role combines frontline guest service with ramp and cargo support, requiring safety awareness, calm under pressure, and the ability to handle bags, reservations, and cargo.

• Experience in customer-facing role
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Clear and effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations
• Able to work outdoors during inclement weather conditions
• Flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends, evenings, holidays and/or irregular shifts
• Must represent Pacific Coastal Airlines in a professional manner to our partners, vendors, and customers
• Must be able to obtain and maintain designated security clearance
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds

Responsibilities

• Check baggage and collect excess baggage/overweight charges
• Answer calls, book, change and cancel flight reservations
• Resolve service disruption issues such as canceled or missed flights, determining alternative flight options
• Execute deplaning and boarding processes, ensuring a safe, on-time departure
• Process cargo shipments
• Marshall, de-ice, and anti-ace aircraft
• On-load and off-load passenger luggage, cargo, containers/pallets, etc.
• Promote company products, services, processes, and guidelines at all times
• Deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy
• Assist passengers with accessibility needs in a safe, respectful, and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

Pacific Coastal Airlines is looking for a Permanent Part time Customer Service, Ramp, and Cargo Agent based in Victoria. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to enjoy a family-oriented, dynamic, and rewarding work environment. Pacific Coastal Airlines is headquartered at the South Terminal building at Vancouver International Airport. We fly scheduled and charter service between busy international airports, remote destinations in beautiful province of British Columbia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check baggage and collect excess baggage/overweight charges
• Answer calls, book, change and cancel flight reservations
• Resolve service disruption issues such as canceled or missed flights, determining alternative flight options
• Execute deplaning and boarding processes, ensuring a safe, on-time departure
• Process cargo shipments
• Marshall, de-ice, and anti-ace aircraft
• On-load and off-load passenger luggage, cargo, containers/pallets, etc.
• Possess an excellent understanding of company products, services, processes, and guidelines and promote them at all times
• Commitment to providing a safe, stress-free, and friendly passenger experience
• Deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy
• Assist passengers with accessibility needs in a safe, respectful, and professional manner, utilizing ground service equipment as required

Qualifications and Competencies:
