Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Manager for the Digital Acquisition team in Canada to drive AI Search and SEO initiatives. You will lead expansion of AI Search capabilities with new processes and partnerships across Brand, Communications, Digital PR, and business partners.

You’ll scale AI-driven search, broaden brand positioning and reputation in AI platforms, and develop AI-focused affiliate programs with performance marketing teams to accelerate AI-powered discoverability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SEO/GEO strategy and AI search visibility, PR, media relations, digital PR, influencer marketing, or closely related fields.

Responsibilities

• Evolve digital PR, expert reviews, thought leadership, and influencer marketing into a GEO optimized practice
• Evolve GEO operating model to ensure communications strategies are fully integrated; collaborating closely with Brand, Communications and business priorities
• Partner closely with Social and Influencer Marketing teams to develop creator, influencer, ratings & reviews, and content strategies that build consumer trust, category authority, and AI-powered discoverability.
• Measure GEO & Earned Authority Performance; Create and maintain a GEO measurement framework, including sentiment, share of voice, source authority for affiliate opportunities, AI citations, content freshness, risk indicators, and brand mentions.
