Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi Canada seeks a Senior Digital/Technical Project Manager to lead an AI platform initiative. You will bridge engineering, design, business, and clients in a fast‑paced environment, owning the platform's roadmap and release cadence.

This full‑time (40h/week), 12‑month contract role is remote with occasional Toronto in‑office collaboration; ideally based in Canada and aligned with Toronto hours.

Qualifications

• Experience running complex technical programs end‑to‑end.
• Fluent in technical discussions on microservices, APIs, cloud infra, or AI/LLM systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, data, infra, and partners.
• Adapt delivery cadence to project needs in agile or hybrid models.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficient with modern PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Loop/Notion, Miro, GitHub).
• Can summarize complex situations into clear actions; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Hold the technical mental model of the AI platform and translate between teams and clients.
• Provide technical thought leadership and advise on product needs beyond backlog items.
• Plan and drive delivery across multiple workstreams and environments.
• Lead lightweight agile cadence while protecting engineering focus time.
• Track scope, dependencies, risks, and progress across stakeholders.
• Coordinate readiness for live events, demos, and milestones.
• Identify scope creep and conflicts; resolve or escalate to keep shipping.
• Maintain lightweight docs and release notes for continuity.
• Represent technical realities in client and leadership discussions.
