Job summary

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a senior advisor to lead end-to-end AI, digital and data strategy engagements. You will mentor teams, drive business development, and shape client strategies from discovery through adoption.

The role requires deep knowledge of digital and AI-enabled transformations and an entrepreneurial, market-facing mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model across Canada, with opportunities to work in client sites and offices, and a strong emphasis on growing capabilities

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in management consulting or technology advisory (client-facing).
• Proven track record delivering measurable impact (cost savings, efficiency, CX).
• Experience advising senior stakeholders (VP/C-Suite) on strategic digital/AI initiatives.
• Led cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change; mentored staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AI, digital and data strategy engagements with strong PMO discipline.
• Develop new offerings and growth opportunities; engage in business development.
• Drive client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities for expansion.
• Lead proposal development and client pitches; present to executives.
• Advise on opportunity areas, operating models, and execution paths.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and build transformation roadmaps and business cases.
