Luxury Presence in Canada seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility platform that powers thousands of real estate websites. You’ll set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and establish the standards that keep quality across the fleet.

You’ll lead platform-level work on rendering, crawl/indexing, structured data, migrations, and page performance, while prioritizing AI-driven discovery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined across SEO and product management, including 3+ years shipping with engineering teams.
• Experience owning search for a platform hosting many independent domains; fleet-level scope is required.
• Deep technical grounding in rendering, JavaScript SEO, crawl/index management, IA, and migrations.
• Ability to design for people and bots, with strong experimentation and measurement discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across the platform.
• Own technical foundations: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and performance.
• Productize repeatable issues with better defaults, automation, and shared capabilities.
• Define how brands and listings are legible to AI, and measure citations and visibility across agents.
• Run a real experimentation program to prove impact on cohorts and scale successful changes.
