Job summary

AppDirect, Inc. seeks an AI & Microsoft Business Development Specialist to accelerate revenue growth across Canada, focusing on Copilot, AI solutions and the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will educate the market, build partnerships, and drive transformation for customers adopting AI across Microsoft 365 and Copilot offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling workshops, webinars, and executive presentations, while staying ahead of licensing changes and AI roadmap

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, AI solutions, or related cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
• Deep expertise in AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Strong consultative sales skills with ability to identify customer needs and articulate business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Experience working with MSPs, distributors, or channel organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities related to Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline while achieving targets.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and position AI solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners and customers.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and executive presentations.
• Represent ITCloud at Microsoft events and partner conferences.
• Stay current on Microsoft's AI roadmap, licensing updates, and industry trends.
• Create thought leadership content on Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and emerging AI tech.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams to accelerate adoption.
