Job summary

Teck Resources is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist to drive adoption and provide hands-on support for Copilot Premium and related Power Platform capabilities. The role emphasizes user training, clear guidance, and responsible AI practices across business teams.

You will partner with IT, Security, and business units to design usage patterns, deliver engaging enablement materials, and ensure compliant, effective use of AI within Teck's digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium and Copilot experiences.
• Experience with Power Platform and related tooling.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and plain-language communication.
• Experience with enterprise AI adoption and governance.
• Spanish language proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and training for Copilot experiences in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS 365 apps.
• Triage issues related to access, licensing, behaviour within guidelines, agent discovery, content quality, and support routing.
• Support champion networks and enablement for teams adopting Copilot and agents.
• Capture feedback, adoption barriers, and value opportunities for improvement.
• Guide business users through use case definition, knowledge source readiness, testing, and post-launch support.
