Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Collaboration & AI DevOps Engineering Specialist to design, build, operate, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform and AI CoPilot integration. The role spans platform engineering, automation, governance, and security across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise collaboration technologies and DevOps, with deep knowledge of Entra ID, Graph, and automation tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering or DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise with Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of collaboration services including provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Lead incident, change and governance processes for platform services.
• Drive automation to reduce manual operational effort and improve reliability.
