EQ Bank, Canada's Challenger Bank, is seeking a Senior CRM & AI Solutions Developer. You will build CRM and low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with AI-enabled capabilities like Copilot Studio.

Work within a cross-functional Pod with BAs, Delivery Leads, POs, QA and external suppliers to deliver business value with minimal risk. The role emphasizes staying current with Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI, delivering dashboards, and integrating with enterprise data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years delivering technology projects in a hands-on technical role.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Strong JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS and REST API skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, BI, Copilot Studio).
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with customizations and security roles.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and integrate with Dataverse.
• Assess solutions across Power Platform, Dataverse, M365 and SharePoint.
• Create Power BI dashboards and optimize data models for performance.
• Create connectors and integrate with external systems and APIs; extend with Azure.
• Follow ALM best practices and manage deployments through pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA on testing strategies and post-deployment support.
• Stay current on Power Platform and AI capabilities and advise business units.
• Participate in stand-ups and effort estimation.
