MNP Digital is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business AI to help clients transform with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-powered productivity. You will blend business advisory with hands-on solution delivery and learning, guiding governance, roadmaps, and practical outcomes.

The role emphasizes client-facing work, delivery of high-quality assessments, roadmaps, and executive-ready recommendations while collaborating with senior colleagues to grow ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting, advisory, digital workplace, business analysis, or Microsoft technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and collaboration technologies.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, automation, or other AI-enabled workplace technologies.
• Experience participating in or facilitating client workshops, assessments, or solution-design activities.
• Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 & Copilot advisory to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Facilitate or support workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and solution-design activities.
• Identify, prioritize, and define high-value Copilot and agent use cases.
• Support roadmaps, governance approaches, and business cases.
• Help clients determine when to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, Copilot Studio, or broader automation solutions.
