Job summary

Pacesetter Homes is seeking an AI and Digital Marketing Specialist to advance AI visibility, CRM capabilities, and marketing automation at our Edmonton office. You will optimize websites and digital channels, collaborate on campaigns, and guide teams on best practices for AI, CRM, and automation tools.

You will work with CRM admins, website managers, and marketing staff to implement solutions, onboard users, analyze performance, and drive growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and CMSs (HubSpot, Sitefinity).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical requirements within marketing platforms to support AI visibility and digital marketing effectiveness.
• Support AI-driven search, content discovery, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Guide sales and internal teams on best practices for AI tools, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Onboard team members to marketing and digital platforms as needed.
• Contribute to lead generation, engagement, reporting, and campaign performance.
