Job summary
S I Systems is seeking a technology strategy professional to translate business priorities into AI-enabled opportunities in Canada. You will translate needs into AI-enabled solutions—from prototyping AI agents and workflows to designing AI initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role requires hands-on GenAI experience, strong prompt engineering skills, and the ability to communicate AI value to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience applying Generative AI to real-world business or technical problems.
- Experience building or prototyping AI agents, AI workflows or AI-enabled applications.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI solution design.
- Ability to clearly explain when AI should—and should not—be used to solve a problem.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with AI development platforms/tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Strong understanding of data and business workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take an idea from problem definition through POC.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or similar workflow technologies.
