Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Services Specialist to drive the learning strategy for AI initiatives. You will manage program delivery across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, coordinate logistics, and ensure learners gain practical AI capabilities and confident adoption of new technologies.

The role requires strong project management, organizational skills, and a curiosity about AI. You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and SMEs while maintaining high-quality learner

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, talent development, program management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
• Experience managing learning data, reporting, and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of continuing education requirements or regulated learning environments is a plus.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI learning programs, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid experiences.
• Manage learning logistics, registrations, learner tracking, evaluations, and administration.
• Support execution of strategic AI learning initiatives and capability-building campaigns.
• Serve as main contact for learners, stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors to ensure quality experiences.
• Build and maintain learning content and assets (LMS courses, SharePoint, job aids, presentations).
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity and learner engagement.
