Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Associate Director to shape, scale and activate EY Canada's AI learning strategy, partnering with the Chief Technology Officer, L&D leaders, and business stakeholders to build AI capabilities across the organization.

The role blends learning expertise with business acumen, stakeholder management, and change leadership to drive AI adoption, workforce transformation, and measurable business impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience with an LMS (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance personal effectiveness and content creation.
• Experience applying AI to solve business problems or drive adoption initiatives.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define capability priorities to support EY Canada's AI transformation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption through learning experiences.
• Lead enterprise AI learning programs, paths, campaigns, and experiences.
• Translate AI priorities into scalable learning solutions.
• Curate learning resources, programs, platforms, and certifications.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with experts and vendors to develop high-quality content.
• Influence senior stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and feedback to evolve strategies.
• Manage select budgets, vendor relationships, governance.
• Partner with Brand Marketing Communications on engagement plans.
