Job summary

EY-Parthenon Canada is seeking a Learning Leader to shape and execute the learning and capability-building strategy across the Canadian practice. You will guide onboarding, technical and leadership development, and continuous professional growth for partners and staff.

You will lead a high-performing learning team, partner with global L&D, oversee budgets and vendors, and integrate responsible AI and new ways of working into learning experiences. This role supports growth across Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning, capability development or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, consulting and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Curiosity and adaptability with interest in AI and emerging tech.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in HR/OD/Adult Learning/ID or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EY-Parthenon Canada learning strategy and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Translate priorities into scalable capability-building solutions for leaders.
• Oversee learning portfolio across technical, consulting, onboarding and leadership
• Partner with champions and business leaders to drive adoption and impact.
• Advance AI capability-building and embed responsible AI into learning.
• Lead governance, compliance, and budget decisions within approved parameters.
• Coach and prioritize the EY-P learning team's work and service standards.
• Represent EY-P Canada in national/global learning forums and connect to firm-wide capabilities.
