Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Associate Director to shape, scale, and activate the AI learning strategy across the organization. You will drive enterprise-wide AI skill development and enable the workforce to adopt AI for measurable business impact.

Reporting to the L&D Business Partner and collaborating with the CTO, you will design scalable solutions, lead learning programs, and manage partnerships with SMEs and vendors, ensuring delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development, talent development, workforce transformation, change management, or related fields.
• Experience with an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to enhance effectiveness.
• Experience applying AI to business problems and adoption initiatives.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define capability priorities that support EY Canada's AI transformation strategy.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI learning roadmap aligned to evolving business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate AI adoption through innovative learning experiences.
• Lead enterprise AI learning programs, learning paths, campaigns, and experiences.
• Translate emerging AI priorities into scalable learning solutions driving behaviour change and business impact.
• Curate learning resources, programs, platforms, certifications, and content to support a continuous learning culture.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives with delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to develop high-quality content and experiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders to achieve program objectives and organizational goals.
• Monitor adoption trends and adjust capability-building strategies.
• Manage select program budgets, vendor relationships, and governance activities.
• Partner with Brand Marketing Communications to develop engagement and reinforcement plans.
