Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an AI Learning Associate Director to shape and scale EY's AI learning strategy, driving enterprise-wide skill development and adoption in an AI-enabled future. The role partners with the CTO and L&D to translate AI priorities into scalable learning experiences with measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in learning, strong AI acumen, and experience leading enterprise learning programs, with a global, high-visibility environment requiring

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning & development, talent development, or related fields.
• Experience with an LMS (preferably SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong collaboration tools knowledge.
• Experience applying AI to improve capability-building and adoption initiatives.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define AI capability priorities and an enterprise AI learning roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI learning programs and campaigns.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and impact to drive business outcomes.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relations, and governance for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and external partners to create high-quality content.
