Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Proposal Lead based in Canada to drive strategic proposals for North American utility, renewable energy, and industrial electrical infrastructure projects.

You will lead high-value pursuits from opportunity assessment to submission, collaborating with operations, engineering, safety, finance, legal, and business development teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in proposal management or pursuit management in infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value submissions.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and client-focused content development.
• Experience with AI-enabled proposal workflows and governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle for RFPs and RFQs.
• Analyze documents and develop pursuit strategies.
• Set schedules, compliance matrices, and submission timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across disciplines.
• Ensure messaging, technical accuracy, and client-specific responses.
• Oversee production, QA, approvals, and submission on platforms.
• Mentor proposal team members and share best practices.
• Evaluate win/loss feedback to improve future proposals.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and knowledge management.
