Job summary

ABB E‑Mobility is seeking a Sales Engineer to design, build, and operate AI agents that accelerate tender responses for complex EV charging RFPs. The role blends sales engineering with applied AI and systems integration, requiring fluency in English and French and collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering or technical proposals in EV charging or energy infrastructure.
• Experience responding to complex RFPs/tenders with multi-stakeholder evaluations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and workflows for proposals/quoting.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent AI workflows in real business processes.
• Strong ability to translate between technical, commercial, IT stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under deadline pressure.
• English and French required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, proposal, and solutions teams to translate RFP requirements into AI agent specifications.
• Review agent-generated outputs for technical and commercial accuracy and tender compliance.
• Configure and extend AI agent workflows covering RFP intake, requirement extraction, blueprint matching, pricing assembly, and proposal drafting.
• Own integration between agent tooling, proposal intake, opportunity data, SSR routing and downstream systems (ERP/SAP).
• Act as the technical bridge between sales and IT/Salesforce admins, translating pain points into system requirements.
• Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, decision logic, and product/site blueprints for agent use.
• Track and report agent KPI performance and iterate on design.
