Valtech is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to join a Montreal or Toronto-based pod and redesign how AI shows up in enterprise workflows. You will sit with the client, learn real workflows, and translate them into outcomes that stick.

You are a T-shaped leader with hands-on engineering and UX experience, able to read system architectures and prototype interactions in tools like Figma Make. You are energized by ambiguous problems and rapid delivery of production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Manager with track record shipping production software.
• TSHAPED skills with engineering and UX design experience.
• Proven AI/ML to production experience.
• Fluent with AI tooling across the SDLC, prototyping in Figma Make or Claude, and agent evaluation frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Embed inside a Forward Deployed Experience Pod with the client to learn the real workflow before redesign.
• Own the workflow, KPIs, and alignment for your pod; define success metrics and drive to them.
• Redesign the human experience around AI, not just the tech.
• Break complex business problems into composable, shippable units of work with daily progress.
• Surface opportunities from within the work and contribute to evolving Valtech's FDE practice.
