Job summary

Fortra seeks an AI Product Manager to drive market analysis, strategy, planning, and delivery of AI-powered software solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, security and legal to shape products from concept to launch.

You will lead customer pilots, manage roadmaps, define success metrics, and work with Sales and Partners on adoption and responsible AI practices. English proficiency is required; French not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain AI concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, security, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Define AI product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized requirements.
• Plan AI product releases and coordinate pilots, beta testing, and launches.
• Provide SME guidance to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and security to deliver high-quality AI products.
