Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management
• Agency or consulting experience across multiple clients or accounts
• Experience across zero-to-one greenfield builds and legacy platform rebuilds
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows
• Comfortable in ambiguity and working with architect-level conversations

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through delivery
• Subject Matter Expertise on Streaming & OTT media products
• Scope and run greenfield product builds
• Lead platform rebuild and modernization engagements
• Design and deliver AI-native enablement for client teams
• Translate ambiguous client asks into scoped work with PRDs and success criteria
• Partner with agentic engineers to select the right approach for each engagement
• Set guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI agents before production
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements across timelines and budgets
• Run client steering committees, sprint reviews, and scope negotiations
• Report on outcomes and ROI for each engagement type
• Contribute to internal playbooks on scoping agentic builds and enablement
