The role demands executive leadership, strong client engagements, and delivery excellence, with a focus on transforming consulting and engineering capabilities to AI-driven delivery models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience at scale.
• Executive leadership across engineering, architecture, consulting, and delivery.
• Strategy definition, transformation leadership, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of modern digital architecture, cloud platforms, and platform-based delivery.
• Experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Executive-level client engagement with C-suite.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve vision, strategy, and priorities for Experience & Commerce.
• Set the point of view on how AI transforms delivery and consulting.
• Establish standards across engineering, consulting, and delivery.
