Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related leadership roles.
• Experience building or transforming a BI/analytics function and operating models.
• Experience leading AI adoption in business workflows and taking use cases from pilot to production.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting.
• Ability to translate data and market signals into executive-level insight and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mature GS1 Canada’s BI and analytics capability across enterprise reporting and market insights.
• Establish a trusted single version of the truth with consistent data definitions and dashboards.
• Lead enterprise dashboards, executive scorecards, and recurring insights on growth, retention, and revenue.
• Advance analytics from descriptive to diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insight to guide action.
• Establish standards for analytics quality, governance, documentation, and executive communication.
• Partner with Technology and Data Governance to improve data accessibility and data quality.
