Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering enterprise BI or analytics solutions.
• Strong Power BI experience and business problem solving.
• Experience with semantic modelling and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand problems and analytical needs.
• Translate problems into analytical solutions with measures and rules.
• Design enterprise semantic models and Power BI reports.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and validate results.
• Develop Fabric-based transformations and collaborate with data engineering.
• Choose Direct Lake/Import patterns based on requirements.
• Diagnose data, DAX, and performance issues; ensure security and usability.
