Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) seeks a Director of Advanced Analytics & AI in Toronto to lead a high-impact analytics team focused on Wealth and Fraud. You will partner with business leaders, shape AI strategies, and deliver scalable models aligned with bank goals.

The role is hybrid with 1–3 days on-site weekly, reporting to Enterprise Analytics. You will mentor junior and senior data scientists, drive adoption of advanced analytics, and communicate clear business value to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience with decision science, data science, advanced modelling, and analytic techniques.
• Background in Wealth, Fraud, or complex financial services use cases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives across multiple lines of business with measurable value.
• Oversee design, validation, and deployment of statistical and ML models.
• Mentor data scientists and translate findings into executive presentations.
