Job summary

Apotex seeks a Business Intelligence Manager in Canada to lead design, development, and optimization of BI solutions using Power BI and Databricks. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and global stakeholders to deliver dashboards, reports and analytics guiding decision making.

Role requires strong data modeling, DAX, and AI/automation experience, with cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS/GCP). Join a leading Canadian pharmaceutical company with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT/Data Science.
5–7 years of experience building interactive Power BI dashboards/reports.
2–3 years of experience with Databricks in analytics/BI.
Experience with large datasets and ETL/transformation processes.
Hands-on AI solutions and automation experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate to analytics solutions.
Perform data transformations and calculations using DAX in Power BI.
Optimize reporting solutions for performance and user experience.
Leverage Databricks for data preparation and analytics.
Communicate insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Support AI initiatives and automation opportunities.
