Job summary

RBC is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy for Application and Integration Architecture in Toronto, Canada. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders, and lead efforts across agentic AI and modernization initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with GenAI tools, architecture governance, and a development mindset to prototype concepts rapidly, while aligning with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management & Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for Application and Integration Architecture, aligning to group priorities and business objectives.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of architecture governance and internal agent development.
• Build and lead a community of practitioners to drive adoption of modern patterns and Agentic AI.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure success of architecture initiatives.
• Provide product leadership to engineers and partners, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Author white papers and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Oversee governance practices including automation using AI, GitOps, Policy as Code, LeanIX.
• Get hands‑on with agentic development and prototype concepts rapidly.
