Flaman Sales Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an energetic AG Equipment Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales, and juggling multiple tasks to meet objectives.

Weekly on-site days in the office are required. You will be based at our brand-new location, with opportunities for advancement, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, RRSP plan, a positive workplace, and three weeks vacation.

Qualifications

• Proven record of delivering strong customer experiences.
• Experience in sales and relationship building is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Business is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service, ethical business practices and professional attitude.
• Regular communication with the Store Manager and Sales Manager.
• Attend team meetings as required (in person or via Teams).
• Networking with potential and current customers.
• Educate customers on product lines and assist with purchases.
• Create quotes and sale orders; meet sales goals.
• Travel for work, including tradeshows.
