Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Division Manager for the Southern Alberta area, based out of the High River Agriculture branch. Reporting to the VP of Operations - Agriculture, you will lead by example, drive sales, and manage assets and teams to achieve budgets and market share goals.

Ideal candidates bring extensive agriculture industry experience and a track record in management, with travel requiring a valid passport. Brandt offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10 years in agriculture with 5+ years in management or operations.
• Sales and product support experience preferred; passport required for travel.
• Strong financial understanding including cost management and planning.
• Professional, independent leader who can drive results and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable leader with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and achieve annual budgets for branches in the division.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all division departments: wholegoods, parts, service, administration.
• Hit asset management goals and optimize inventory to reach market share targets.
• Develop and manage all division employees toward long-term company success.
• Set targets for managers and evaluate performance using KPIs.
• Achieve division market share goals for long-term success.
• Provide input on opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Manage division accounts receivable with the Director of Credit Services.
• Maintain ongoing presence at assigned branches to lead and supervise.
• Coordinate with suppliers and participate in events.
