Brandt Group of Companies' Olds Agriculture location is seeking a Service Manager to lead the after-market support for agriculture equipment, including diagnostics, repair and component replacement. The role oversees the service department, foremen, leadmen, service writers, and shop, field and resident mechanics while driving safety, quality, and profitability.

You will manage workflow, budgets, quotes, and vendor relationships to ensure top service levels.

Responsabilités

• Managing service workflow
• Enforcing standards, policies, and reporting practices to established standards
• Development and management of the Service Department budget to meet financial and operational goals
• Preparing quotes for customer work orders; opening & closing work orders
• Inspect/operate customer equipment as part of resolving concerns/diagnostics
• Monitor service revenue and expenses monthly
• Ensure work is performed according to established safety and industry standards
• Review employee performance against goals on an ongoing basis
• Maintain a high-performance Service team through hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management in a safe environment
