• Assist RMs with credit renewals and balance client needs while tracking review schedules.
• Prepare renewals with KYC, transaction structure, risk analysis and client strategy.
• Apply Agriculture industry knowledge to support credit needs.
• Identify risk issues and monitor economic trends; advise on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers to optimize processing time.
• Support opportunity spotting to enhance retention and referrals.
• Demonstrate teamwork and coaching within the group.
