Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our Crop Inputs team in Bassano, Alberta. This full-time, permanent role focuses on sourcing grain, promoting Crop Input sales, and building strong relationships with producers.

You will prospect for new customers, negotiate agreements, and support operations with a high standard of service. Post-secondary in Ag or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in ag retail, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary in Ag related program or minimum two years’ experience in Ag retail business.
• Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to execute strategic plans and maximize revenue potential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and new business development.
• Negotiate and secure profitable business agreements at the assigned location and P&H organization.
• Foster and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Procure grain from producers.
• Assist with operational and administrative duties as required.
