Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Sales Agronomist to join our Crop Inputs team in Canada. This role develops new business, strengthens customer relationships, and delivers trusted agronomic recommendations. You will scout fields, perform soil tests, promote P&H products, and collaborate with producers to tailor practical solutions that meet their farming needs.

Travel is required. Ideal candidates hold a valid P.Ag or CCA certification with at least three years’ experience

Qualifications

Must have strong sales and customer service skills.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with agricultural producers.
In-depth knowledge of regional crop production and crop protection solutions.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Foster and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Scout fields and perform soil testing to assess agronomic needs and recommend solutions.
Promote P&H products and services and communicate their value to producers.
Collaborate with producers to develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
Negotiate and secure profitable business agreements for the location and broader P&H organization.
