Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Dawson City, Yukon. You will welcome travelers, assist with bookings, and share insider tips to ensure guests have a smooth, warm stay amid the wild natural setting.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, applying product knowledge to maximize service quality and sales, and supporting customers, employees, and management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll welcome travelers from around the world, helping them experience the magic of the North—from aurora sightings to local culture. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of moderately difficult customer service tasks.
• Routinely applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to provide excellent customer service and generate maximum sales.
• Assists customers, employees, and management and responds to queries.
