Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization of lodge public areas while delivering exceptional guest service. The role supports a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for families visiting Canada’s largest indoor water park resort.

You will follow Kaizen processes, perform daily cleaning tasks, and ensure all touchpoints, restrooms, and entrances are spotless.

The Public Area Attendant maintains cleanliness and organization of lodge public areas while delivering exceptional customer service to guests.

Team
  • Willingness to accept the most effective role.
  • Complete daily duties following Kaizen processes and procedures.
  • Continuously straighten, clean, and disinfect public areas, restrooms, touchpoints, and entrances.
  • Remove fingerprints and smudges from internal windows and doorways.
  • Vacuum and dust floors, furniture, windowsills, tables, chairs, and artwork.
  • Clean and maintain elevators, including walls, glass, carpets, and tracks.
  • Empty waste and recycling receptacles in designated areas.
  • Clean Pack Member restrooms, Pack rooms, Admin, HR, and Sales offices.
  • Close with an open mentality.
  • Keep all areas in like-new condition and website ready.
Guest
  • Ensure guests are greeted and acknowledged consistently, adhering to the 10/5 Rule.
  • Deliver guest requests to rooms promptly.
  • Disinfect all touchpoints to ensure guest safety.
  • Consistently provide exceptional service.
  • Follow HotSOS guidelines.
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Protecting company assets by adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain all tools (vacuums, brooms, carts, etc.) in excellent condition.
  • Knowledgeable in housekeeping practices, including sanitation, laundry operations, and guest service.
  • Promote team spirit and collaborate effectively to achieve goals.
  • Committed to exceeding quality standards and delivering high-caliber products and services.
Physical Requirements
  • Capable of walking, standing, crawling, bending, stretching, twisting, and climbing for the duration of your shift.
  • Capable of kneeling, crouching, lifting up to and including above your head, and repetitive movements.
  • Dexterity of the hands with ability to squeeze hands, twist and rotate wrists and elbows.
  • Lifting up to 30lbs
  • Occasionally lifting above the head.
  • Ability to hear for communication with guests, has spatial perception.
  • Visual acuity to see near and far.
  • Capable of working in a hot and humid environment
  • Climbing up to 4 flights of stairs.
  • Working with cleaning supplies containing chemicals.
  • Working at a fast pace.
Additional Requirements

Newly hired Pack Members must submit a completed police clearance to Human Resources. Employment may begin before the results are received, based on the Pack Member’s confirmation that they have no unpardoned criminal convictions. If the clearance reveals a conviction, the employer may terminate employment on a case-by-case basis, providing only the minimum notice required under the Employment Standards Act, 2000, with no additional notice or compensation.
