Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a part-time Afternoons Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, ON. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, matching clients in need of care to appropriate personnel and building clear, compassionate schedules.

You’ll handle data entry, respond to calls and emails from funders, staff, patients and families, and document all interactions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• One year administrative or office experience is an asset.
• Scheduling experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills required for data entry and scheduling systems.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assign appropriate staff to patients based on times, availability, and staff skills.
• Build and maintain care schedules for patients.
• Enter and update employee and patient data in the computerized system.
• Respond to calls and electronic messages from funders, staff, patients, and families.
• Document and report all staff and patient interactions.
