Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager, Affinity Growth Marketing to lead strategic planning and performance optimization for affinity and white label marketing. You will manage a high-performing team, influence cross-functional partners, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Affinity & Partner Marketing, you’ll craft and execute plans, analyze metrics, and leverage data to optimize campaigns across regions while guiding team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing professionals and 7+ years in marketing strategy or demand generation.
• Strong data analysis and performance focus.
• Proven experience in demand generation and GTM strategy.
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
• Able to influence stakeholders and lead teams.

• Develop and refine marketing strategies based on insights and trends.
• Implement demand generation to create quotes and nurture leads.
• Create actionable plans aligned with objectives and brand goals.
