Opensity Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager, Growth & Client Engagement to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen client relationships across key markets. You will partner with sales and leaders to generate demand, build campaigns, and enable the sales team with compelling content.

The ideal candidate will deep-dive into campaign performance, manage multi-channel initiatives, and translate insights into strategies that increase brand awareness and revenue

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, events, and analytics.
• Experience partnering with sales and supporting client acquisition initiatives.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support client growth and revenue objectives.
• Create multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, social, events and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Lead campaign measurement, ROI analysis, and performance optimization.
• Represent the organization at industry events and build brand awareness.
