Job summary

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is seeking an ADP WFN SME to support the Client team with subject matter expertise in the design, testing, and production of their WFN implementation in Canada. You will gather data, map fields, validate masterfiles, and participate in go-live activities.

Responsibilities include data validation, maintenance in WFN, development of job aids and training across WFN modules, vendor coordination, report customization, and supporting the first two live payrolls for the

Responsibilities

• Gather required data and forward files to the ADP implementation team.
• Assist with completion of data mapping documents.
• Assist with creation of Client validation strategy.
• Support Client in executing masterfile data validation once data has been loaded into WFN.
• Perform dual maintenance activities up to go-live; enter updates related to new hires, terminations, rate changes, job changes, deduction changes, etc. manually into WFN.
• Assist with importing templated HR information into WFN that is not part of the Masterfile upload.
• During payroll testing and first live payroll, assist Client in validating payroll review files.
• Assist with assignment of PTO policies and schedule templates in Essential Time, if needed.
• Create Job Aids and deliver training in different WFN functional areas, as needed.
• Connect with Client vendors to understand data requirements.
• Support specification validation for interface set-up.
• Support Client in testing custom interface development.
• Facilitate specification and production approval by Client.
• Document Client custom reporting needs.
• Review standard reporting with Client.
• Assist Client with completion of custom reporting specifications and test developed custom reports.
• Assist Client through Client’s first two live payroll.
• Review close-out items with Client and the ADP implementation team to help promote completion.

Position Overview

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team under our Payroll/HCM Practice for an ADP WFN SME who can support the Client team with general WFN subject matter expertise in designing, testing, and production of their WFN implementation.

Data Analysis

• Gather required data and forward files to the ADP implementation team.
• Assist with completion of data mapping documents.
• Assist with creation of Client validation strategy.
