Job summary

ADP in Canada is seeking an HRIS Technical Specialist to support clients using ADP’s HRIS solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive value from HR systems.

You will work with internal teams and clients in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical and HR knowledge to deliver accurate, timely solutions and strong service.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, product updates, and opportunities to advance within ADP’s global HRIS and HRO platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
• Experience supporting HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now (WFN) knowledge is a strong asset.
• Advanced proficiency with Internet applications and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support & troubleshooting for ADP HRIS solutions.
• Serve as a technical and functional expert for ADP HRIS Workforce Now.
• Manage cases through resolution with timely follow-ups and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate case records in CRM systems (e.g., Siebel).
• Stay current on product enhancements and changes impacting HRIS solutions.
