Spencer Thomas Group is seeking an ADP WFN SME to support the Client team with data analysis, data mapping, and validation during a WFN implementation.

The role covers design, testing, and production activities, including assisting with masterfile updates, payroll testing, and client training on WFN functionalities. Located in Canada, this consultant will collaborate with client vendors and ADP teams to ensure a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with ADP WFN implementations.
• Strong data validation and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting payroll testing and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather required data and forward files to the ADP implementation team.
• Assist with data mapping and client validation strategy.
• Assist Client in executing masterfile data validation.
• Perform payroll testing and validate first live payroll.
• Assist with interface testing and custom reporting as needed.
• Support transition to services and close-out items.
