Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll

ADP is hiring a Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll. Your responsibilities include leading the payroll aspects of system setup and integration, ensuring quality implementation, training clients, and providing post‑go‑live support.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

• Ensure quality implementation and setup of ADP’s WFN implementation methodology.
• Analyze, configure, and understand the client’s payroll requirements to properly set up the WFN environment.
• Conduct training, testing, and validation with the client before the first go‑live.
• Oversee various accounts from project initiation through all phases of the implementation.
• Manage project risks and escalations, resolving issues promptly.
• Follow up on open project‑related items and maintain project task milestones and due dates.
• Strive to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to achieve desired project results.

To succeed in this role: Required Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education or related business experience.
• PCP certification (asset) or fundamental NPI courses.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working directly with clients.
• Exceptional client‑management and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Quebec candidates: French is required for Quebec‑based roles, and English is also required for global interactions.
