Job Title: Legal Assistant (Temporary)

Education:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program

Tasks:
- Open and distribute incoming mail and electronic correspondence
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain filing systems
- Establish office procedures and routines
- Prepare and enter legal correspondence and documents
- Review and proofread documents for legal compliance and grammatical accuracy
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Supervision:
Supervise 1 to 2 people

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
