Cityplace Dental Group in downtown Winnipeg is seeking an administrative professional to support patient flow and scheduling. You will greet patients, manage recalls, and keep the appointment calendar running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression.
• Optimize the appointment schedule to keep the day full with minimal gaps.
• Effectively manage recall system and maintain patient database accurately.
• Handle patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence; file all records and charts.

• Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
